Straight Flush Nominee Trust of Quincy claimed the prize from the "777" scratch-off game.

The winner chose to take the $650,000 (before taxes) lump sum payment rather than the annuity. David Spillane represented the trust.

Lucky Mini Mart, 26 High St., in Middleborough, sold the winning ticket. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus.
